To request an audio recording from a Hendricks County Court proceeding, complete this secure online form and submit your request.  If you do not have an account with TheRecordXchange, you will be prompted to create one as you complete your request.  Once available, recordings can be accessed in a streaming format or via download. You must be signed into your account to access the audio.  Recordings are made available at no charge. 

Digital audio recordings are made from the original master recording of a court proceeding and are available for verification of testimony only. Recordings are not certified for court use and may not be used as the official court record in place of an official transcript. Duplication or broadcast of digital audio recordings is strictly prohibited.

The Court aims to provide your requested audio promptly. However, there may be unexpected delays in making the content available for review. If your request is urgent, you can let the Court know by posting a message in the messages tab of your TRX Request.

Digital audio recordings may not be available for all court proceedings.

If the requested audio is available, the Court will provide an electronic recording of the requested court proceeding for the limited purpose of verification of testimony.  ANY BROADCAST OF SUCH ELECTRONIC RECORDING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Recordings are prepared from the original digital recording of court proceedings and are certified as true copies.  However, recordings are not certified for court use.  The audio will be available from this site in streaming format only.  You will not be able to download the recordings.

Hearing Dates
